| The Association works with various organizations and agencies to define training that is available to manufacturers and seek to create programs that meet the specific training needs that are not fulfilled by existing institutions by developing linkages with schools and agencies. Manufacturing Technology Institute The Manufacturing Technology Institute is a partnership of Jamestown Community College and the Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier. The mission of the Institute is to provide services to businesses and individuals throughout the region in the form of hands-on manufacturing technical training as well as technology assistance.
